How to use

1- Unroll your Skinletics Light Therapy Yoga Mat and connect it to a power source.

*Top tip: Remove the 2 thin plastic layers from the protective sleeve and use the sleeve for super-sweaty sessions or when you want to share your mat.

2- Use the mat as usual for your active session.

3- After finishing, select your preferred light mode and position yourself on the mat for a 20-minute recovery session.

- Mode 1: Muscle recovery (red + infrared)
- Mode 2: Skin balancing (red + blue)

*After use, wipe the mat clean with a damp cloth.
