Skinletics was founded by a team with roots in product innovation, global brand building, and sports, Skinletics was created to meet the evolving needs of modern athletes — on and off the field. Co-founders Denise and Hossein bring years of experience developing high-performance products and establishing global partnerships. Their expertise, paired with John’s background in collegiate athletics and sports marketing, shaped a vision for a brand that blends product development, technology, and everyday recovery.

Skinletics is on a mission to become the premier wellness brands for athletes. We believe that long-term performance is built on everyday wellness: recovery, rituals, rest, and routine. From student-athletes pushing their limits, to pro teams grinding through a season, to dancers perfecting every move — they all face the same pressure: show up strong, every day. We build tools, products, and partnerships that support this full-circle journey of the athlete.

Athlete Board

Our Athlete Board plays a critical role in shaping Skinletics from the inside out. With athletes like Drew O’Connor (NHL), Olivia Nelson (WNBA), and Kristen McNabb (NWSL) on board, we stay connected to the real, day-to-day demands of high-performance sport across different leagues, bodies, and training realities. Their input goes far beyond visibility: they actively challenge our thinking, test our products in real recovery routines, and help ensure everything we create truly serves athletes, physically and mentally. Having them involved keeps us relevant and athlete-first, grounding Skinletics in lived experience rather than assumptions, and helping us build recovery tools that athletes genuinely trust and believe in.

Growth Council

Our Growth Council brings together seasoned leaders who help guide Skinletics with perspective, experience, and strategic clarity as we scale. With voices like Tom Morris, Keith D’Amelio, Scott Roslyn, and Frits Mahovic, we benefit from expertise across sports, retail, brand building, and commercial growth. Their role is not day-to-day execution, but high-impact guidance: pressure-testing our strategy, opening doors, sharpening our positioning, and helping us make smarter long-term decisions. Having this group closely involved ensures Skinletics grows with intention, balancing ambition with discipline, while staying true to our athlete-first vision and building a business that’s meant to last.
